Our team of Insurance Agents is growing! As a licensed insurance agent, you’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment quoting several property and casualty insurance products through our vast network of insurance carriers. With the combination of our InsurTech product and our growing dealership partners, you’ll be receiving real-time leads of potential policyholders. Competitive Compensation & Rewards

Our agents are highly compensated, benefits eligible employees who are real-time sales closers. They’re empowered to sell through DealerPolicy’s cutting edge technology receiving continuous leads from car buyers at the point of sale through our dealership partner program. As a fully commissioned employee, you’ll receive:

Work from home, yet feel connected

In today’s remote environment, we’ve adapted our workplace to fully support our work from home insurance agents. All our team members can expect regular check-ins with their team and manager, so you feel connected even when you're miles away.

We provide our team with all the computer hardware needed for your home-office setup. Additionally, you will receive a paid three-week rigorous training to learn the different programs of each carrier and our proprietary software system. Our hours of operation are Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET. Varying shift schedules available. Saturday’s are a must!
