Travis Fitzgerald
Chief Executive Officer travis FITZGERALD As DealerPolicy’s co-founder and CEO, Travis leads the strategy and vision for the company. He is an experienced automotive executive with an extensive track record of expanding market share and profitability for auto related companies. Travis excels in niche-driven, entrepreneurial business models and has a passion for innovation. As a dealership owner and insurance agency operator, Travis has a deep knowledge of both the automotive and P&C insurance industry.

Chief Insurance Officer Jeffrey Mongeon Jeff is Chief Insurance Officer of DealerPolicy, and its co-founder. Jeff has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning as a producer at Winooski Insurance, where he cultivated his own client base and developed a deep knowledge of the carriers themselves and the regulatory landscape. Later as Vice President, Jeff became interested in ways to move the industry forward, particularly for automotive consumers. Jeff has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Vermont Technical College.

President and Chief Operating Officer Wayne Pastore As President and Chief Operating Officer, Wayne oversees all aspects of Sales, Operations, Personal Lines, Strategic Partnerships, and Information Technology at DealerPolicy. He has over 30 years’ of experience in the technology and automotive sectors and has worked as Chief Financial Officer in multiple technology companies. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, Wayne served as General Manager and Vice President at Dealer.com and was responsible for leading the digital marketing solutions for dealers and OEM partners. Wayne has a degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Chief Profit Officer Weili Yuh Weili is DealerPolicy’s Chief Profit Officer. In this role, he oversees the portfolio management strategy and insurance product development to maximize profitability. Weili has 20 years of P&L management and product development experience in P&C insurance industry. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, he was Managing Director of Underwriting and Product Management at Plymouth Rock Assurance, responsible for profit and loss over New England states. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Ching-Hsing University, and an M.B.A from the University of Washington.

Chief People Officer Kristin Halpin Perry As DealerPolicy’s Chief People Officer, Kristin leads the Human Resources team. She has over 25 years of experience as a human resources executive in a variety of different global business sectors. Kristin is the founder and Executive Coach of Veraz Consulting (“Veraz”), a human resources consulting firm. She is currently on the board of Fluency Inc., as well as Docebo Canada. She holds an International Coach Federation License, an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Champlain College in Vermont, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael’s College and an Executive and Transitional Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching.

Chief Strategy Officer Mike Burgiss As DealerPolicy’s Chief Strategy Officer, Mike leads the company's strategic planning. He has more than two decades of product, innovation, and management experience across the automotive and technology industries, and held senior positions at Cox Automotive, and Accenture prior to joining DealerPolicy. Mike was a pioneer of digital retailing as the founder of MakeMyDeal, which sparked the ongoing transformation of car buying and selling into an efficient, convenient, and digital experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech and has been awarded 13 patents for digital consumer products.

Chief Financial Officer Kurt Liebegott As DealerPolicy’s CFO, Kurt manages all aspects of the company’s finances. Kurt is a hands-on, data-driven executive with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of accounting, finance, and operations management within both entrepreneurial and multi-billion-dollar companies. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, he held CFO positions in several organizations, as well as a Division COO position at Sharecare, Inc., where he managed the transition and the financial and operational integration of PKC Corporation into Sharecare after its acquisition. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Michael’s College, and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is licensed as a C.P.A. in the State of Vermont (inactive).

SVP, Sales Tara Kasica As SVP of Sales, Tara oversees our Solutions and Business Development teams. Tara has operated at the crossroads of Personal Lines Insurance and Automotive Retail for over 23 years. Prior to DealerPolicy, she was responsible for overseeing countrywide deployment, production, retention and growth of dealership owned insurance agencies at Allstate. Tara has an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a BA in Organizational Management.

SVP, Brand Chris Omark As DealerPolicy’s SVP of Brand, Chris owns the DealerPolicy brand. She has worked with some of the world's most iconic brands, including Amazon, Absolut, Clorox, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Levi’s, Nike, and Uber. Chris brings 15+ years as a brand and strategic lead for top creative agencies and another 10+ as a Global Group Creative Director for The Coca-Cola Company's in-house agency.

SVP, Operations Mark Vesosky As DealerPolicy’s SVP of Operations, Mark oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and directly manages the DealerPolicy Client Advisor and Dealership Operations teams. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, Mark was Vice President of Managed Services at Dealer.com, where he became extremely well versed in the automotive industry. He came to DealerPolicy with more than two decades of Customer Service experience. Mark has over 20 years of service with the U.S. Army and has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Jay Hicks
SVP, Strategic Partnerships Jay Hicks As DealerPolicy’s SVP of Strategic Partnerships, Jay oversees the Strategic Partnership team. Jay has more than 15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions in the automotive industry. He's held senior positions at Cox Automotive, Hearst Automotive and TrueCar prior to joining DealerPolicy. Jay has a BS from the University of Cincinnati.
