Travis excels in niche-driven, entrepreneurial business models and has a passion for innovation. As a dealership owner and insurance agency operator, Travis has a deep knowledge of both the automotive and P&C insurance industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the University of Vermont.
PresidentJeffrey MongeonJeff is President of DealerPolicy, and its co-founder. Jeff has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning as a producer at Winooski Insurance, where he cultivated his own client base and developed a deep knowledge of the carriers themselves and the regulatory landscape. Later as Vice President, Jeff became interested in ways to move the industry forward, particularly for automotive consumers. Jeff has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Vermont Technical College.
Chief Financial OfficerKurt LiebegottAs DealerPolicy’s CFO, Kurt manages all aspects of the company’s finances. Kurt is a hands-on, data-driven executive with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of accounting, finance, and operations management within both entrepreneurial and multi-billion-dollar companies. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, he held CFO positions in several organizations, as well as a Division COO position at Sharecare, Inc., where he managed the transition and the financial and operational integration of PKC Corporation into Sharecare after its acquisition. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Michael’s College, and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is licensed as a C.P.A. in the State of Vermont (inactive).
Chief Operating OfficerMark VesoskyAs DealerPolicy’s Chief Operating Officer, Mark oversees the day-to-day operations of the company and directly manages the DealerPolicy Client Advisor and Dealership Operations teams. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, Mark was Vice President of Managed Services at Dealer.com, where he became extremely well versed in the automotive industry. He came to DealerPolicy with more than two decades of Customer Service experience. Mark has over 20 years of service with the U.S. Army and has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York College at Oswego.
Chief Underwriting OfficerWeili YuhWeili is DealerPolicy’s Chief Underwriting Officer. In this role, he leads the underwriting process and portfolio management strategy. Weili has 20 years of underwriting experience and joined DealerPolicy from Plymouth Rock Assurance where he was Managing Director of Underwriting and Product Management with a focus on personal lines. There, Weili had $325mm P&L responsibility over New England states, and led a team of product managers and analysts. Prior to that, Weili led teams at PEMCO and Safeco Insurance. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington.
President, Dealer SolutionsMike BurgissMike is DealerPolicy’s President of Dealer Solutions, overseeing the performance and growth of DealerPolicy's network of dealers. He has more than two decades of product, innovation, and management experience across the automotive and technology industries, and held senior positions at Cox Automotive, and Accenture prior to joining DealerPolicy. Mike was a pioneer of digital retailing with his founding of MakeMyDeal, which sparked the ongoing transformation of car buying and selling into an efficient, convenient, and digital experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech and has been awarded 13 patents for digital consumer products.
Chief Technology OfficerChris MarcusServing as DealerPolicy’s CTO, Chris oversees DealerPolicy’s Software Engineering, R&D, IT and Support teams. Before joining the company in 2016, he served as an enterprise software engineer, architect and manager with over twenty years of practical hands-on experience designing and building large-scale, national solutions for the banking, healthcare and telecommunications markets. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from Northeastern University and a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Vice President of SalesMike KentonAs VP of Sales, Mike is responsible for driving sales and business development for DealerPolicy, with a focus on growing the company’s dealership footprint. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, Mike was a member of senior management at Enterprise Holdings, leading 5 brands within one of the company’s largest markets. He has a 15-year track record of senior level sales and operations experience within the automotive industry. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Anslem College and currently serves as the Board Chair for the East Boston YMCA.
